How do I check and use my credit?
Sign in with the same email you use for purchases. Open Xero Credit in your account to see your available balance and redemption options. Apply available credit to an eligible order before completing your purchase.
I'm already a customer. Do I need to sign up again?
Use your existing account to view your credit. The $5 welcome offer is for eligible new signups; signing up again does not entitle existing customers to another welcome bonus.
When does my Xero Credit expire?
The $5 welcome credit expires 30 days after it is issued. Check your account for any applicable expiry dates on your other credit.
Can I combine credit with another offer?
Eligibility and offer-combination rules depend on the order. Review your available Xero Credit options and final order total before placing your order.
