The Quit XeroPicks are great. They work well to ride urges. They have good flavor that is not overpowering and lasts a good amount of time. I've found using back molars to indent the toothpicks as outlined in the use instructions works better than using front teeth.

These have helped me more than anybody will ever know. I quit smoking in June of 2021 and found these toothpicks probably around Jul/August 2021. Found these on Amazon about two weeks ago when i was just searching for flavored toothpicks.
