The Quit XeroPicks are great. They work well to ride urges. They have good flavor that is not overpowering and lasts a good amount of time. I've found using back molars to indent the toothpicks as outlined in the use instructions works better than using front teeth.

These have helped me more than anybody will ever know. I quit smoking in June of 2021 and found these toothpicks probably around Jul/August 2021. I've been using them ever since to help me with not smoking. My kids joke and ask me when I will quit the toothpicks and I said I smoked for 36 years, I can do the toothpicks for that long

I’ve been using nicotine for the better part of 30 years in one form or another- vaping for the last 5. As anyone who’s tried will tell you, it’s not easy to quit. Well with the help of these Xero toothpicks, I’m very happy to report I’m over 2 months off all forms of that addictive enslaver!! These toothpicks have helped to satisfy the constant oral fixation! I can’t recommend them enough!! I just might be addicted to them but hey that’s a huge win and a small price to pay in the short term!! Found these on Amazon about two weeks ago when i was just searching for flavored toothpicks.
