Recommended Use:

Place toothpick in mouth and suck on one end of the pick. Think of it more like a lollipop than a toothpick. You can flip over toothpick and repeat on the other end. When the wood has softened, you can lightly imprint teeth to release more ingredients.

Suggested 20-25 minutes for maximum use. Use and discard. Do not swallow. (To open tube – firmly squeeze both sides of tube to pop the top. These tubes are child resistant by design.)
